Inaccurate Zillow's zestimates?
Ever wondered how inaccurate Zillow's zestimates are? Try and give an estimate of value without ever having seen the property, no consideration for Sedona's red rock views, neighborhood, location, quality of construction, proximity to the National Forest Service, etc. Zillow's attempts at adjusting its complex "Zestimate" algorithms have some homeowners seeing red.
