A 300-acre ranch and artists retreat home is up for sale for $5.5 million. The Dyck Ranch is located in Rimrock about an hour north of Phoenix.
The 2,525-square-foot home was built in 1959 by artist Paul Dyck. It has 18-foot ceilings and is built with indiginious limestone.
Paul Dyck was a noted European-trained Native American and Western artist. He died in 2006.
“My dad bought the ranch in 1938 and raised his family there,” said son, John Dyck. “I cannot imagine a better place to grow up as the Ranch is an amazing place with so much to offer.”
